Disclaimer for the WOW Glacier Love Festival

All sections apply to both female and male visitors.

1. visitors

The shared facilities for event visitors have to be treated with due care to use. All other facilities and equipment may not be accessed or put into operation by visitors. Visitors must leave at closing time, the event and the grounds.

2. ID

Each guest is required to carry a valid and officially recognized photo ID.

3. animals

Dogs and other animals may NOT be brought onto the grounds or into the buildings.

4. safety instructions

The instructions of the staff, the security and supervisory personnel must always be obeyed.

5. violence

All kinds of the use of violence are strictly prohibited at all events. Contravention results in an immediate expulsion from the event premises and, where appropriate, a complaint with the responsible authority.

6. cancellation / changes to the program

In case of cancellation of the event, the cards (against refund of the cost of the ticket excl booking fee) can be returned up to 2 months after the event.

Short-term program or schedule changes are the organizer withheld and not entitle you to return the tickets. In case of canchellation of one or more artists, an impossibility of the use of parts of the land or a partial failure of the equipment due to force majeure, there is no price reduction.

Incidental expenses (arrival, departure, accommodation, processing fee, etc.) will not be replaced by the organizer at through no fault of cancellation, postponement, program or cast change.

7. rights to images and sound

The visitor gives his explicit consent to all recordings from him weather recorded digital or analog is without compensation and without time restriction; and that the recordings or parts of them will be published. This is particularly true for video transmissions to the Internet and television broadcasts.

8. own recordings

Sound, film and photography (except for purely private use) are not allowed. For an exception to a written statement of the organizer is required.

9. sound levels

Due to the volume during the event there may be audio and / damage to health to come, for this assumes the organizer is not liable.

10. brought along objects

Fireworks, sharp objects, weapons, bottles, umbrellas, other dangerous items, drugs, all brought food and drinks are not allowed on the event grounds. When entering with such objects they have to be taken away (eg to the car) or be disposed of. Illegal items (weapons, drugs, ...) are handed over to the police as the organizer accepts no storage of such items. Each visitor agrees to a search of his bags and personal items for such objects. Disallows a visitor this search, he has no right to enter the event grounds.

An exclusion of people try to smuggle the prohibited items to the event site adheres to the organizer.

11. strong blood alcohol / drug influence

Severely impaired persons are not eligible to enter the event grounds.

12. storage of objects

Items may be delivered for safekeeping only to the intended locations (eg wardrobe, lockable boxes). For keeping items at other locations such as (eg hide somewhere on the premises, store behind a bar or on the stage) no custody agreement is closed and the promoter accepts no liability.

When submitting a jacket in the cloakroom the content of the pockets are not liable. Each hanger is stuck on a single garment, all liability is limited to € 250.00, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the cloakroom.
